Introducing Fae — Full Agentic Enterprise

March 10, 2026

Today we're introducing Fae — Full Agentic Enterprise. Fae is our framework for introducing agentic AI in an organization: a combination of proven process, clear structure for human-machine collaboration, and a technical platform with specialized AI agents.

Why Fae?

Since going AI-first, we've built systems that deliver integrations in a day instead of a hundred hours. But we found that just having good AI tools wasn't enough — we needed a well-thought-out process, a structure for governance and collaboration, and a platform that ties it all together. Fae is that framework.

Three parts, one framework

Fae is three things in one. A process for how agentic AI is introduced step by step — from pilot project to ongoing delivery. A structure that defines the roles: who directs, who reviews, who executes. And a technical platform with specialized AI agents that connects to your existing development environment. Together they make agentic AI practical and controllable.

Human at the center

Fae is built on the principle of human-in-the-loop. AI agents execute, humans direct and review. A Wizardworks consultant creates and prioritizes tasks, reviews code and builds domain knowledge. Your developers review pull requests. Your PO or PM follows progress and budget. No code reaches production without human review.

Adapted to your organization

Fae is not one-size-fits-all. You choose the setup: your own developers run Fae as a tool, we work together with your team, we handle everything and you get software, or fully autonomous. The process and structure are adapted to how your organization looks and where you want to go.

Experience that grows

Fae is also our accumulated experience of what works and what doesn't with agentic AI in real projects. The longer we collaborate with a client, the better — domain knowledge, patterns and decisions are built up over time. This means the process, structure and agents deliver increasingly precise and efficient results.
